Welcome to the Internet home of Bobby Griggs. I am a retired high school teacher from Madison Central High School in Richmond, Kentucky. I taught Mathematics and Computer Science. I taught Computer Programming (Visual Basic) and Social Media classes at Eastern Kentucky University, too. In the past, I used this site as a tool for teaching my classes, but now it is strictly for my entertainment. It also satisfies my incredible ego! 🙂
Most Worshipful Grand Master Geary Laird of the Grand Lodge of Kentucky F.&A.M. has appointed me to serve the craft as Chairman of the Committee on Masonic Scholars. That means that the task of grading the Constitution quiz for his term as Grand Master will fall on me again. The quiz is a valuable learning tool for lodges and individual brothers. The same format as last year has been adopted this year. If you want to participate and take the quiz, you can download it on this site or in the member’s area on the Grand Lodge of Kentucky website. I have posted three documents for you to download, the quiz and the answer sheet for use with the Books of Constitution. If you have any questions, you can direct them to me or one of the other committee members. Good luck!
If you’re a Mason, attend your lodge. You will be amazed by how much you will enjoy yourself. It’s where the Action is!
I have created a website for the Madison County Retired Teachers Association. The MCRTA informs retirees about the recent legislative events that may impact teacher retirement as well as informing the retirees about actions they may take to assist in contacting legislators. Informative programs on other topics that may interest MCRTA members are presented at the meetings.
